Dog bite pug dog not vaccinated
On today evening 8:30pm My son bitten by our house dog pug..dog was not vaccinated since 4-5 year..we went hospital and they only give rabies injection today and said to come on 14th &18 th for vaccine again and that' it for treatment..they didn't give any TT injection..is they give right treatment or not.my son is 2 years only we are afraid so kindly please guide us what is the right way to treatment of this .. prescription of hospital attached
First of all it was cat 2 or cat 3 bite, means is ther any blood or is there muscle visible. If intradermal dose is given then it is at 0,3,7,28 days both site, if they give intramuscular then 0,3,7,14,28 days. If cat 3 bite in which there is muscle visible or skin cut then alongwith vaccine , immunoglobulin is also needed , share photos if possible.

If your child has been given 18 months vaccine then no need to give TT injection
If it was just a lick then it's okay
But if it's a scratch or abrasion with bleeding need to give a antibody injection and total 4 doses on day 0,3,7,14 days is required
