What to do if Dog bites again after One Month of full vaccination (5 doses and plus TT), should I restart again the full Vaccination?

There is no need to go for vaccination again. Since it is just one month, you still have immunity from your previous vaccination.

No, absolutely no need for vaccination as of now. Mere washing of the wound with running water for 15 minutes and then soap and water would be enough.

Not Necessary..Your body already has antibodies against Rabies if you have taken Post bite Rabies injections recently..So you need not take any ..
