Does this look like melanoma?
Doesn't hurt itch or bleed. No family history. Hasn't changed shape or size but color looks different from when I first noticed it in 2017. First photo 2017 Second photo is today
The only way to know for sure is to remove the swelling and send it for biopsy, although looks unlikely to be melanoma.
Consult a Plastic surgeon for the removal so that you get minimal scar and further intervention if necessary.
