Does tacroz Forte Oint need sun exposure

Hi, I have been prescribed tacroz forte by my doctor for vitiligo, for patches on my genitals/forehead. My query is do i need to get sun expose after applying tacroz Forte Ointment(Tacrolimus (0.1% w/w) on my face? If yes then how long and if any right time? Also can it be applied on lips? I have been given clonate too, so not sure which one is for lips out of these 2 hence confirming. Please dont give generic responses, as i just need to be sure that i understand on its uses/application. Thanks
