I, I have a 3 Year old Boy, he hasen't been able to speak as yet or form sentences correctly. He is mostly using sign Language to communicate and is ill tempered. I have shown him to quite a few Child specialist but they haven't been able to pin point the problem yet. Any help and Direction would be great.
