Does kidney stone hamper semen ejaculate

My question is Does kidney stone hamper semen ejaculate..?? Before scanning of presence of Kidney stone a month ago , semen was coming normally. But medication started for kidney stone and am having dry orgasms.. I am really scared. Please help me out.

Yes retrograde or dry ejaculation can happen as side effect of tamsulin which is used in treatment of ureteric stone. It will stop after stopping this medicine.
