Does H pylori increase acid secretion? I have done endoscopy, and it says H pylori positive and Antral gastritis. I am having continuous acid reflux. I can read articles that says h pylori causes ulcers. But it doesn't say whether it increases acid secretion. Can anyone confirm whether h pylori infection increases acid secretion?  Does it cause hyper acidity?

yes it increases acid secretion. treatment should be taken for the eradication of H.pylori.
