Does CCM tablet interfer with Thyroxine

Hi, My TSH was 5.5 last month and was taking 50mg thyronorm. Increased it to 75mg as planning for pregnancy. Since then, i am taking CCM at night for thumb pain. Now, I got TSH checked after 1.5 months but it is still the same at 5.5 Is CCM interfering with thyroxine absorption? I take CCM after dinner and thyronorm in the morning.
