I have been experiencing smegma under foreskin for a long time(Almost 4-5 years). I clean everyday in the morning however its forming by next morning. I thought it's not ur all to secret that cheesy kinda thing. But now it started itching, redness, poking sensation sometimes. Iam able to retract my foreskin with out any issue. I get erection when I get stimulated but I'm not hard n not lasting long. If I keep on wanking it stays okok but not hard. May I know the exact cause of it?
