Hello Doctors! Please drop a comment if you have a specialisation in treating acne scars or have done a fellowship in laser. I'm looking to have a consultation with doctors who are specially focussed on treating scars and have done so in the past with many other patients. Because some doctor has suggested a process on my scars which wasn't effective at all. I need your help! Please comment, I'll immediately consult you, It's urgent. Thanks!

Hi the treatment of the scars completely depends on the kind of a scar that is of concern. Some scars have a good prognosis and some don't, the result also depends on the modality used, severely of the scaring and the area of scarring. The best thing to do in my opinion is to meet the doctor and go forward with the course of treatment accordingly.
