I have Sinusitis and asthma taking montek lc regularly but still twice in a week causing sinus issue.

Duonase nasal spray 2 puff twice daily for 14 days and then titre the dose accordingly. Take Antihistaminic medicine in addition. CT scan of PNS to see how much sinus involved and accordingly medical polypectomy is planned
