Foreskin on the penis s not rolling back if stressed it's paining vry hard skin s not in free flow i consultted with the dr he said its normal now no need circumcision if u feel vry uncomfortable during erection u can do but i didnt sugest he says still i didnt roll back do the penis will pain for all at first time during intercourse & its very dry
