Since a week, I feel mild pain while passing urine...otherwise there is no pain. After urination I see few drops of blood also. I noticed abdominal pain for few days, but now it has reduced. Should I visit a Gynaecologist or it will be cured on its own in few days?

you are right . you could be having urinary tract infection.  Please visit your doctor.  bleeding could be due to other reasons as well which should be evaluated especially if there is no uti.
