Both reports are right. There is a gap of only 4 days between the two reports. Both show minimum fluid in the Pouch of Douglas. Interpretation is different because there are many causes of fluids in the Pouch of Douglas. It is the Doctor's discretion and experience which makes him think whether the fluid is due to PID or Graffian Follicle rupture. You should take treatment for PID.

One is TVS scan which also suggest free fluid in cul-de-sac. Another old one is TA which has not confirmed that it's pid but it's may be pid but there is cystitis. So consult with doctor to clear management
