Took DMSA Report showed Split renal function as left kidney 43% and Right kidney 57% for my 7 month old baby. Is this normal?

Hi what is the reason for doing dmsa scan did the baby had fever and kidney infection. The split function looks ok but what is more important in dmsa scan is kidney scarring.
