I have PCOS and am TTC I am taking prenatals extra folic acid and Vitex pills which I just started 3 weeks ago and 2 days ago got very dizzy about two times but then was fine then today had another couple dizzy spells where I almost passed out. I also just started spitting the last 3 days and haven't had a period since July
