Dizzy right hand and leg

Having a dizzy feeling at my right hand and right leg, also feeling my right leg a bit heavy. All these started after a mild pain I had 2 days back at my right hand and right leg, suggestions please

There should be some history please share that, like lot of work, hectic schedule, improper posture while sleeping. Is there is any swelling on right leg? Have proper rest, take multivitamin after consultation with nearby physician.
