Dear sir i am feeling so dizzy and tired when i do walk. Its happenung from last 3 weeks only.. When i walk i feel like i will faint down.. I am taking medicine for liver enlargement from yesterday.. Is any connection between liver enlargement problem and my problem? And i have weak eyesight 0.-50 both.. Is it due to eyesight or liver? Or anything else
