My right ear is full blocked with tinnitus is also felt and with feeling diZiness and my blocked ear is filled with full of ear wax what should be I do

If there is impacted wax put wax softening ear drop for 5 to 7 days.. consult with an ENT specialist for wax removal.. don't try to remove by yourself as injury may occur..
