Pl share more details,  do you have hypertension and take some antihypertensive meds? You may be having postural hypotension. Get Haemoglobin, blood sugar and thyroid function tests done. Avoid standing for long, sit with legs spread in front. Take electral powder or butter milk or lime juice with little salt 2 times per day.
