Dizziness heavyheadedness

Hi, I have been suffering from dizziness and heavy headedness from the last 15 days. Also I had pain in my right leg but now it's gone from last few days. I have had haemogram test and BP checked. All are normal. Also had MRI done I which it was written maxillary and ethmoid sinusitis noticed. Doctor did not give me any medicine.
