I am 32 years old female. I have been feeling dizzy from last two days. I have been trying to conceive from last eight months. I had biochemical pregnancy before that. I have cardiolipin antibodies and thyroid. I am 7 days away from my next periods. Could it be because of pregnancy? Is it okay if i start on aspirin? Or is it because of some other reason? Kindly explain. Thank you
