Dizziness, blurred vision, fast heart ra

I am a 16 year old female. My heart rate increases after standing up or walking slowly, it jumps to 120-140 then it goes back to normal within minutes, with symptoms including dizziness, headaches, sweating and blurred vision, what could it be?

Consult Now
Get ECG AND ECHO DONE. If it's normal get a 24 hours ECG recording by a HOLTER. If all of this are normal then it's a normal response of body.
