Feeling dizziness since 2 days , am currently 37 weeks 5 days pregnant. Can it be a sign of labour ? Or is it just some kind of deficiency and weakness.

Any symptom like dizziness etc should be taken seriously in pregnancy.. There cn be a lot of reasons like raised BP , low or high BLood sugars , Anemia etc. Best s to get yourself clinically examined
