Greetings Frequent respiratory symptoms often indicate a developing immune system exposed to common environmental germs, seasonal allergies, or an asthma-related condition.Persistent weakness and dizziness, especially when paired with low appetite, are classic indicators of iron-deficiency anemia or nutritional gaps due to repeated illnesses.

Doing CBC will be helpful as primary step for dizziness and weakness. But encourage small frequent meals instead of regular large meals of two times.Do deworming if history of outside food/water present in recent past

Frequent cold and fever can be common at this age, but weakness, dizziness and poor appetite may sometimes be due to anemia, poor nutrition or recurrent viral infections. Please get her examined once by a pediatrician. Basic tests like CBC/Hb may be needed. Meanwhile give healthy iron-rich diet, good sleep, fluids and avoid unnecessary antibiotics.
