Hi sir... I was depressed on ten years back because of OCD problems and i taking Paroxetine xet cr 12.5mg tablet since from ten years.. And im taking alcohol with this drug...now im suffering dizziness and drowsiness and if i walk and work hard means i will get full vision changes and weakness in head and dryness of stomach pls give solution for this sir

I think you need a review with your medicines. Paroxetine is not the best in case of ocd. Fluvixamine or fluoxetine are better with mild anti dopamine. Meet  a psychiatrist again to review the meds.
