I'm feeling heavy head and been little bit dizzy as am moving spinning and my neck musle are totally stiff and strain it's been since 25 days I'm feeling I have been to neuro and he told me it's migraine or possibly due to that musle strain I'm on betavert but still little but of dizzy Ness is there and heavy feeling in head
