Dizziness and discomfort in eyes

Recently after my periods am feeling dizzy Then i noticed..loud noise makes me feel dizzy Not completely dizzy but a kind of discomfort In eyes and head My periods are over and still i can feel I tried doing yoga and few exercises Also i work computer based..where i have to work for 8 hours and listen to audios
