Now a days I am facing problem related to dizness,anxiety,gastric, etx that when I get the panic attack i feel.diziness , anxiety . Sometimes when gas releases I start to feel okay, and sometimes after eating feel easy. Mostly I have problem in the morning and after lunch I start to feel okay.
