Disinfect liquid contact

I cleaned my room with my bare hands with the liquid that is used in hospital for cleaning floor of rooms.  The liquid came in contact with my hands as I was not wearing gloves and it is smelling now.I washed my hands two times with lifebuoy handwash. What should I do now. Can I eat food now with the hands??
