  4. Disconcentration. Do to bring back her?

My daughter. A good scorer. A rank holder. She is studing 9th by now. 8th std final exams she did well and got a rank asusual. But since the 9th std start she canr concentrate. Maths marks are down. And she says that she feels as though forgotten the basics and gettin sillly mistakes. What shall i do to bring back her?
