Discomfort when foreskin is pulled

When having an erection if the foreskin is pulled backwards even a little I feel some discomfort. It's not very painful but it's not a pleasurable experience also. When masturbating I do not pull it back so I do not feel any discomfort. But with partner when they pull it hurts a little. There is no redness, or injury or any other problem.. is it normal? If not what could be the reason? And any remedies?
