Hello doc.my age is 28 year old ...am married hv one 4 year kid in my family ...i m in stress past 20 to 25 days due to family problem... due to that i m suffering frm constipation ...and now it converted to bleeding piles ... am feeling discomfort  to passing stool and too much  inflammation in my anal area..... plz help me for this and let me know the medicine
