Full term female baby age of 1 day has discharge in right eye and cannot open while left eye she is opening half and good. What is the remedy?

Wipe both eyes frequently with clean wet cloth daily... massage the duct clock and anticlockwise once or twice a day...it will be relieved on its own as age progress....
