Hi... You have a disc leison with neural compromise.. you need to work a bit on disc bulge and can compressed S1 nerve root... I recommend you to book a appointment with a physio...to work for pain reduction and rehabilitation.. In this phase you need me of core stability exercises and lower body strengthening...need to be started with basic recruitment initially... You can recover very well if you start in your treatment now...
