I would advise you to go to the ER and check your vitals, the tiredness and headache is unlikely to have been caused by mastrubation. As for mastrubation just like any habit, breakinga habit is difficult it requires strong will and requires you to focus on other things when the urge arises and slowly and steadily get over the habit.
