Hello My child has cold and little fever. So can I give her DIOMINIC DCA HALF tablet ? As she is only 9 years old. Pls advise. Your quick reply will be appreciated.

Can give whole tablet of Diominic DC instead of DCA (as DCA contains paracetamol)
