My 2D Echo report showing Dilated Aortic Root. Could you please explain. Do I need to worry? What next step do I need to take. I have high BP. I am feeling chest pain in left, left had pain and pain in joints in left hand and also blurred vision. Please advise. Please find the attached ECG and 2D Echo reports.
