Husband is having blood mixed with stools. We got endoscopy done 2 month's back and doctor said everything ok. Why do we still see the issue?

If colour of blood is bright red then this may be a hemorrhoids if this is clot/ dark blood them may be from proximal large bowel. Wether it is associated with pain??
