I am 16 years Old and I Am Normal Wieght and I go to Gym..my First query is my height will Decrease if I go for medium weight training in gym like 12.5kgs..my second query is My metabolism is very slow..i go to gym for Wieght loss..in which I loose muscle and Water..I don't loose Fat..fat loss is the main problem..I do treadmill but it's not lossing my fat.. although I am normal weight but have little belly fat..what should I do..and What diet should I take..serious problem pls answer..

Hi, Firstly normally the height will not reduce with medium weight training exercise if you are taking proper precautions and doing the training under supervision.
