Hi dear , it seems that you have acute on chronic gastritis. You need further evaluation ( Upper Gastroscopy) where focus should be on GE junction and rule out presence of H pylori which leads too frequent gastritis. By that time you can take same Pantocid but take this 2 times half an hour before meal for 7 days. Avoid tea coffee spicy food
