Colonoscopy report is normal but blood liver test sgot level is increased and lack of vitamin B12i have 5-6 time motion in a day what may be problem and diagnos plz help

Liver enzymes are raised because of Dietery factors usually. The digestive problem is not related to liver. It appears to be IBS from the limited info told by you.
