Sir my digestion system is very weak and eaten food is not digest properly and i am going very weak plese give me a solution how to improve digestion system and recovery of my weight.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. .how can you know it's not digested properly? Consult a MD consultant physician in person for further evaluation and management. Have a high fiber diet.
