I am having regular digestion problem like discomfort & pain in stomach & upper stomach region. Burning sensation too. Very low appetite & low energy level & fatigue with this. I have also developed some white grains on my chin recently. I have body aches daily in back & neck region. What could this be ? And how should I treat this ?

Share pic. of white grains on chin and inform if there is any itching and or pain. For bodyache and other problem- Tab Rabeprazole 20mg one daily before breakfast for 7 days. Syp Mucaine gel 5ml every 8 hours for a week. Syp Betonin 5ml before meals, morning and evening for 15 days. Take small frequent meals low in fats, oil and spices, more of fresh green vegetables and fruits. Drink more water.

Assessment of vitamin d3 b12 t3t4tsh mg  crp, cbc esr. Keep yourself hydrated  as it's hectic heat. Practine 4mg one hr before dinner it induce hunger  after  you need rest other wise u feel dizzy.  Polybion lc syr10 ml after lunch n dinner for 3 weeks.
