In mathura my stool used to be hard but in ghaziabad it is dischrged with gas and looks like not properly digested food. Gas formation has also increased.
take proper food, chew properly, eat timely, do exercise regularly, drink plenty of water in between, take more fruits and green leafy vegetables. follow all this strictly.
Certain foods cause more gas formation than other like cabbage raddish etc.
Sometimes some intestinal infections also cause such symptoms.
Antibiotics may be needed depending upon your detailed evaluation.
