So to start, my problem when i eat even a little spicy are these: 1. Lot of smelly farts ;(. 2. Constipation/sticky stool 3. Itchy anus So right now m taking sporolac ds daily(since 2 days), and it's a little okay, better than before.. Probably ibs or something. On sunday my sister's wedding is there and I don't wanna miss out on eating and enjoying there, please suggest me some medicine to help with digestion for next 2-3 days. In summary, i have a very controlled diet(as i had a tiny gb polyp, hence i am on healthy diet only), but sometimes situation forces me to eat spicy/oily food. But I don't eat junk or fatty food at all. So please help me with the medicines. And another thing i wanted to ask, can I take on fish oil supplements daily?(will it react with sporolac ds?)
