Hi, I am sorry to hear about your difficulties. It seems like you have been under a lot of stress lately. Some amount of stress( eustress) helps us focus on our studies but too much of it( distress) can actually have an opposite effect which is evident in your case. The underlying issues for your distress can be your tendency to self - pressurize and setting up unrealistic expectations and goals for yourself. A lot of times in life we tend to focus so much on the end goal that we lose sight of the process that goes into it. Set small realistic targets for yourself on a daily basis and try to fulfill them. The end outcome will depend on your ability to meet these short term goals on a daily basis. Do plan out consistent short breaks in your study schedule and use these breaks to do things that you like (dance, exercise, meditation etc.). Good luck!
