Im experiencing difficulty in swallowing solid food. Feels pain my esophagus when i swallow chapati. I feel acidity and sometimes constipation also. Due to some family issue im spending sleepless nights since last 15 days. Though the problem of feeling pain while swallowing food started months before that. Please help. My mother has the same problem and currently admitted in hospital after being diagnosed with advanced esophageal tumor. Please help

Generally oesophagus malignancies occur at older age but rarely can involve any age group. Apart from cancer there are many other anatomical and functional causes also so pls get your self evaluated by general surgeon nearby.
