Little push required for urinating.. I think flow rate is low.. At the end of urination few drops left in UT..one I push clear..or some time need to hadpress below testicles then UT cleared.. It is serious issue..what I should do..

You need to get a Uroflowmetry and post void residual urine assessment, if the flow is slow, then a retrograde urethrogram is required to rule out a stricture in urethra
