Difficulty in taking long breaths.

Hi from last almost 2 months i feel difficulty in taking long breaths, espically in the morning after waking up and flu like symptoms from last 20 days blocked nose for which i have taken Montek LC for 20 days but it won't helped..  Also i am feeling cough like sensation in my chest from last 3-4 days but cough is not coming. No sore throat or fever. What should i do. I would like to mention that i have gastric issues from quite a long time.
